At UAVSTOCK, we are committed to delivering high-quality drone equipment and components. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Drones (Agricultural & Survey UAVs) All drone purchases are final once dispatched. Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases of manufacturing defects. To raise a defect claim, customers must submit an unboxing video and photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained.

Components & Accessories (Motors, Batteries, Nozzles, Chargers, Frame Parts, Electricals, Cameras) Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once opened, items are eligible for replacement only in case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-configured or made-to-order products
• Items showing physical damage caused after delivery
• Products without original packaging

RFQ Orders Orders placed under Request for Quotation (RFQ) pricing are governed by a separate purchase order agreement. Cancellations must be made in writing before dispatch.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. GST-compliant credit notes will be issued for all B2B refunds.
