By purchasing from UAVSTOCK, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility Products are sold to businesses, farmers, and licensed operators. By purchasing a drone, you confirm that you are aware of and will comply with all applicable DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations governing UAV ownership and operation in India. UAVSTOCK is not responsible for any regulatory non-compliance by the buyer.

2. RFQ & Pricing Prices for RFQ products are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated. A confirmed purchase order is required before dispatch of RFQ-priced items. Specifications and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless a purchase order agreement is in place. GST will be applicable as per prevailing rates and will be reflected on your tax invoice.

4. Dispatch & Delivery All products are Make-to-Order (MTO). Estimated dispatch timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation. UAVSTOCK is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this website including product descriptions, images, and branding is the property of UAVSTOCK and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai.
