Dispatch Timelines All UAVSTOCK products are Made-to-Order. Standard dispatch timeline is 7–14 working days from order confirmation. Drones and large assemblies may require 15–21 working days. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Charges Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order. For heavy or bulky items (drones, large battery packs), shipping will be quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch.

LiPo Battery Shipping Products containing lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries are classified as hazardous goods and are shipped via specialized courier partners compliant with IATA/DGCA regulations. Standard courier services are not used for such shipments.

Delivery Restrictions Delivery may be restricted or delayed to certain regions including parts of Jammu & Kashmir, Northeastern states, and other areas with logistical limitations. We will notify you at the time of order if your location is affected.

International Shipping Currently, UAVSTOCK ships within India only. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging, take photographs, and notify us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence. We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
